As the Trinamool Congress Stepped Up Its Campaign Over the Reported Attacks on Bengali Migrant Workers in Other States, The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Intensified Its Rhetoric on “Bangladeshi and Horingya Infiltrators” Legislat Assembly Suvend Adhikari Annation That He Would Take To The Streets to Demand and “Bengal Hindu Father”.
“After August 15th, I will get to the streets to demand West Bengal without infiltrators Rohingyas and Bangladesh, as imagined by Shyama Prasad Mokerjee as a Bengal Hindu country,” Adhikari said on Saturday (July 26, 2025).
He reiterated his demand for a special intensive revision (Sir) of the election role in West Bengal, on the lines of similar exercises in Bihar, BJP Mla claimed that several Muslim families in the state married with Bangladeshi Muslim women who met “false Aadhar and epic cards”.
“Many of these Bangladeshi women remained back with or without visas thanks to mom not fencing 540 km of our border. If 50 voters are dropped in Bihar, 1 Crore 25 lakh Bangladeshi Muslims and Rohingyas will fall into West Bengal,” Adhikari said.
Residence certificate
Mr. Adhikari also claimed that the state government ordered the district bodies to issue a large number of certificates. He said he would write to the main election committee of India and ask that no certificates issued after 26 July should be accepted.
“The Office of the Chief Minister in West Bengal ordered yesterday to district judges and subdivisium officers to issue a large number of certificates residents for districts in the north and south 24 Parganas, Nadia, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Malda, North and South Dinajpur and Cooch Behar.
He also claimed that 75,000 Bangladesh Muslims were issued in eight borders (request for inclusion in the election role). “I warn the district authorities of terrible consequences, if they receive certificates of residence issued from the door voters during their surveys from the door,” said BJP leader.
