The clinic for pets in Internal Mongolia in China is under the scanner for killing a sick dog named Lucky. They let the car run on him. This shocking act caused public anger. Lucky was a three -year border collie, which was 10 July 10.
The owner said the dog is healthy and full of energy. Soon afterwards, however, the clinic claimed that they could not find the right blood vessel during the operation.
So they stopped the procedure and decided to keep happiness under the observation. Three hours later they called the owner and said Lucky was hit by a car.
The woman threw herself at the clinic. Lucky was seriously injured and died at midnight. The clinic later admitted that she was again operating for him without permission.

They said he got sick and the operation failed. Then they took him out for a walk during which he was hit by a car.
The owner found this bizarre explanation. She checked the CCTV shots and saw an employee who left happiness in the middle of the road. Soon thereafter, a car was running on him.
The clinic later admitted that she had organized death to help her get money for insurance. She was amazed when she heard it was “better to accept his death”.

Is dog meat forbidden in China?
China is still organizing the Yulin Dog Festival, although it is much smaller now. It started in 2009-10. The festival lasts 10 days between 21st and 30th June.
Unlike the popular idea, however, the festival has no national tradition. According to an earlier survey, 87.5% of the population of Yulin never or rarely eat dog meat.
In 2020, China changed its law to consider dogs accompanying animals, not animals. This stopped the legal sale and breeding of dogs for meat according to national rules.
Cities like Shenzhen and Zhuhai banned dog and cat meat. However, there is still no complete national law that stops dog meat. People can still eat it in many parts of China. Only business in sale is usually blocked.
Activists and many citizens want a total ban, but it has not yet happened.
