According to Bar & Bench report, former Hassan MP turned to a special court proceedings against legislators after failed to secure bail in the first round of law. Revanna also moved the High Court in Karnataka and was looking for bail in the case of rape against him and quoting a change in circumstances due to delay in court proceedings.
Justice Sr Krishna Kumar 9. July asked Revunna to approach the court court for his request for bail. He transferred one of Revann’s action back to the court court and ordered to supply the order within 10 days.
Prajwal Revanna is the main accused in four cases of rape after more than 2,900 clips showing sexual attacks on women have spread online, including social media.

The special prosecutor claimed that the evidence clearly involved the accused, while the Revina’s legal team was looking for bail and tried to face the demands of the prosecution.
