
Ajay Jain asked the district administration to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sri Satya Sai Baba and completed all works by August 15.
Mr. Jain organized a review of agreements with the district collector TS Chetan, superintendent of police V. Ratna, Puttaparthi Mla Palle Sindhura Reddy and other officials on Tuesday in the collector.
Mr. Jain said he expected at least 10,000 devotions and nearly 60,000 to 70,000 participation in important days of celebrations in normal days. He said that devotees are likely to visit Puttaparthi of Hyderabad, Bengalur and other cities, except for foreign countries, and asked officials to agree appropriately to accommodate and transport them.
He wanted officials to ensure basic equipment such as drinking water, hygiene, mobile toilets, street lighting and more, as well as food counters and first aid centers. He asked them to maintain cleanliness and take effective measures for garbage cleaning, waste disposal and drainage system.
He asked the officials to repair the road leading from Bengalur to Puttaparthi and also participated in the work on the Penugond – Kothacheruvu and Brahmanapalle – Enumulapalle road on the war.
Collector Ketan said that the action plan is preparing for the safety of devotees and the celebrations will be successfully carried out by coordinating all departments.
SP rattna said that all security measures are taken and CCTV, body cameras and dog units would be used for the safety of devotees. Mla Sindhura Reddy said that a detailed report on the project S 105 Crore to beautify Puttaparthi and other development works was sent to the state government for approval and sanctions.
