
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday issued a red warning for Telangan, predicted very strong precipitation, while between 22 and 28.
The MET department also issued a warning of collisions and orange warnings for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Delhi and Assam.
IMD has issued a yellow warning to states like Haryan, Pandjab, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Arunacal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur and Kerala. It predicts in these areas of heavy rains between 22 and 28 July.

Southern Peninsula India: For this region IMD predicted extremely heavy rainfall in isolated places above Telangana. Met department also released a red warning for Telangana.

This area is expected to receive heavy rainfall in the next five days. Isolated places above Konkan & Goa, Ghat Madhya Maharashtra, Marathhawad and Gujarat could be from 22-28. July to get heavy rains.
East India
In the region, the isolated rainfall will be very likely to continue Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar and Jharhand over the next 5 days.

According to IMD forecast, slight precipitation in many places, accompanied by a storm and lightning, will probably continue in northeast India over the next 7 days. Isolated heavy rainfall is very likely above Arunacal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura between 22 and 28 July.
Warning for fishermen
IMD advises fishermen living near the Arab Sea and the Gulf of Bengal to avoid the hallmarking into the sea between 22 and 27.
