Rajya Sabha chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar said on Monday (July 21, 2025) that prosperous democracy cannot maintain constant acrimones. He called on political parties to support bonhomies and mutual respect, avoiding a non -complicated language or personal attacks against their political rivals.
He said it in his introductory notes on the first day of the monsoon meeting of parliament.
“Political tensions must be reduced because confrontation is not the essence of politics.
He said that inner struggles strengthen the enemies of the Earth and divide the Earth, and further adds that “dialogue and discussion”, not “conflict”, are the way forward.
