Former South African cricket Hashim Amla recently made subtitles with a surprising omission in his list of three biggest doughs of all time. In an interview with Star Sports, Amla named his best three, and many fans were amazed when the Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar saw the list.
Tendulkar, often referred to as “cricket god”, is widely considered to be the greatest dough in the history of the game. He holds a record for the most runs in both test matches and one day. Naturally, Amla decided to let him lift his eyebrows all over the cricket world.
When he talked about his favorite doughs, Amla said, “There are so many great players over the years. We grew up that my three favorite players were Brian Lara, Steve Waugh and Jacques Kallis, but now I would choose three more names-Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers.
Instead of Tendulkar, AMLA has a combination of modern brilliance and dominance of old school. Kohli and de Villiers symbolize contemporary perfection and innovation, while Richards embodied the fearless and explosive launch that could analyze any bowling attack.
Amla, 42, is currently playing in England for the Champions Team in South Africa at the World Championship in Legends. Under Captain AB de Villiers, 15 out of 18 balls recently scored against West India Legends in a tied match in Edgbaston, which South Africa won 2-0 in a bowl.
AMLA itself is not a foreign size. An elegant right -hander retired with 18,672 runs in 349 international matches, admired his quiet behavior and a smooth stroke. Due to his character in the world cricket, his exclusion tendulkar has a significant weight-and he has certainly caused an interview.
Amla, a South African captain in 14 tests and nine ODIs during his game career, is currently facing several of his former rivals at the ongoing World Championship in legends. Asked which player is most excited to play in the coming days, Amla named anyone other than Chris Gayle. The independent “boss of the universe” leads the legends of West India in WCL 2025.
“The boss of the universe. It is certainly the one I always look forward to watching and playing against against against.
