The party conference held in Kattappana, Idukki will re -vote on Sunday K. Salim Kumar as a new district secretary
In the middle of the perception that the sector of Keraly Public Health is number one in the country, the Indian Communist Party (CPI), the ally of the ruling party, said that the sector of public health in the district is in a deplorable state.
On Sunday, a resolution was adopted at the CPI district conference in Kattappana, stating that the lack of doctors across the primary health centers and Idukki Medical College is a serious problem for healthcare. “Most hospitals in the district suffer from lack of basic equipment. Due to the absence of a better health care system in the hilly district, people are forced to depend on other districts. The government should take immediate steps to appoint multiple doctors and protective employees in government hospitals in the district,” Memorandum said.
The conference also demanded the immediate intervention of the state government to solve problems in Cardamom Hills Reserve (CHR) in the district.
Meanwhile, when we talk to the media, the Minister of Income K. Rajan stated that the Land Rules Act (amendment) will be applicable from the first of August. “The joint verification of the distribution of title documents will begin from August on the first. The government will take strict steps against public land interveners. The government will not consider settled farmers and penetration at the same level,” Rajan said.
Mr. Rajan commented on the question of the disruption of Thrissur Pooram and repeated his attitude that the government’s supposed defense ADGP Mr. Ajith Kumar would not succeed in his morality. “We are communists born on fire,” said Mr. Rajan.
Meanwhile, the party re -elected K. Salim Kumar as a new district secretary. The announcement was made by the National Executive Member of the CPI KP Rajendran when addressing elected representatives at the conference.
During the meeting, a 51-member district council and 32 representatives were also elected at the upcoming state conference CPI.
