Approximately 32 Lakh voters must submit their enumeration forms in a special intensive revision (Sir) of electoral roles in Bihar, only six days left for the date of 25 July.
Of the 7,89,69,844 total voters, forms were received from 90.64% of voters. Approximately 5.27% of voters were found at their addresses. Of these, 1.81%of them died; 0.95% is likely to be written in multiple places; 2.5% probably moved permanently; and 0.01% is not traced.
The Indian Election Commission (ECI) on Saturday (July 19, 2025) stated that 32,23,023 forms of enumeration were not yet adopted.
The vote body stated that it was making all possible efforts to ensure that the remaining nearly 32 Lakh voters were added to the proposal of an electoral role to be published on August 1. Booth level officers have already completed the house in the house during three rounds and made contact with voters.
“The joint efforts of the whole election machine along with the next round of Visit also began to make contact with the remaining voters,” ECI said.
Almost one lakh Blos, four Lakh volunteers, 1.5 lakh agents at the stand level (Bla) appointed by political parties and their district presidents, worked on the mission regime to ensure that any eligible voter was omitted from the election role, ECI said.
ECI informed voters Bihar through national newspaper ads and all other possible communication means, who temporarily moved to any other part of the country to register the remaining city voters. Special camps were also established on all 5,683 departments of 261 city local bodies.

In accordance with the Sir Order of 24 June, if any name was added by mistake or omitted, or if the election role was published 1 August, it could be remedied by August 30.
