The Indian Forest Service (IFOS) R. Gokul, who was suspended by the State Government in connection with the Supreme Court case, which was looking for permission to mark 443 acres of forest land, in addition to writing a CBI letter.
The statement of the Minister of the Environment of Eshwar Khandre stated that it was subsequently issued a recommendation to abolish its suspension and appointment as the main conservator of the forest (CCF).
Currently, Mr. Gokul has the rank of another main forest conservator (APCCF) and at the time of his suspension he worked as the CEO (the Institute for Environmental Management and Political Research).
Mr. Khandre, who answered the question of whether the Ministry of the Environment, Forests and Climate Changes (MOEFCC) refused to approve the suspension of IFOS officer and in this respect was written to the main secretary, he said he did not know.
Not within 15 days
However, it has now been found that MoEFF has said that official suspension cannot be considered at this stage for “technical reason” that detailed information was not sent to the Central government within 15 days of its suspension.
According to Mr. Khandre’s office, Mr. Gokul filed an application at the Supreme Court and admitted that “false accusations” would make “false accusations” against the government in a letter of CBI.
In this background, the main secretary also recommended that Mr. Gokul be abolished.
Mr. Khandre said he recommended that Mr. Gokul be restored, because the CCF and his suspension were canceled.
Background
The order for the suspension of Mr. Gokul stated that without obtaining the approval of the then Minister of the responsible or sanctions from the state cabinet, he submitted before the Supreme Court in Peenya Jalahalli on the plantation with a request for an inter -routine application (IA).
