The opposition leader Rahul Gandhi will start a public meeting on Friday Friday, referring to the second anniversary of the death of the former main minister and leader of the Oommen Chanda congress.
Thanks to this occasion, it is the opportunity to mobilize your cadres before the upcoming key elections, and the Congress Committee of Kerala Pradesh organized complicated measures in Puthuppally, where the event takes place. President KPCC Sunny Joseph will chair the event.
During his visit, Mr. Gandhi will pay respect on the tomb of the leader of the late congress in the Church of Sts. Jiří’s Orthodox church in Puthuppally. He will also hand over the keys of 11 houses built by the Oommen Chanda Foundation to the Recipients and also start the KPCC charity initiative in memory of the Oommen Chanda called “Smithi Tharangam”.
Meenadom Sports Turf, a sports arena that develops as part of a drug campaign, will be inaugurated during the event.
The organizers said that a huge place with a seating capacity was established to suit participants.
Meanwhile, Manna Charitable Trust, based in Thiruvananthapuram, will also organize various programs and charity activities in July and August on the second anniversary of the death of Oommen Chanda.
According to Chandy’s daughter and the management of trust, Mariya Oommen, free medical camps will be organized in all 14 districts as part of the initiative.
Mr. Gandhi’s visit to Kottayam is expected to significantly stimulate the rank of the party and succeed in front of the local election elections at the end of this year and election elections next year.
