The man allegedly killed his wife and two daughters by pushing them into the well, and later tried to end his life by making him in Maddinayunipalle in Maddinayunipalle in Maddinanipalle on Thursday.
The accused was identified as Giri, his wife Hema Kumari (35) and two daughters aged eleven and seven.
According to inspector Circle Pakal Sudarshan Prasad, Giri resorted to an extreme step allegedly because of family disputes. The police are investigating this case.
