The Chief Secretary of K. Vijayanand said that by next October there were steps to announce 17 municipal corporations as a corporation without plastics, and there is also a ride in all government offices.
During a video conference with district collectors on the implementation of various programs on Thursday, Mr. Vijayanand stated that the awareness of harm that represents plastic items with one use should be created, calling for the manufacturer to pay due attention to the endanger.
He said that the government launched the Swarnandhra P-4 Foundation for Eradication of Poverty and Removal of Economic Inequires in Society and that collectors should try to make it successfully.
He also emphasized the need for proper implementation of population policy, whose proposal was released a few days ago, given the considering the population by the government as an asset.
Adarsh gram yojana
Mr. Vijayanand said that as part of Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana, 1,027 villages were selected, of which 765 were already declared model villages according to plans to develop a village.
He ordered collectors to seek to declare the remaining 262 villages as first model villages. The central government would provide 20 lakh as a grant to fill in the gaps for each selected village to create infrastructure.
The main secretary, who draws attention to the growing and accelerating performance program MSME, said it was a centrally sponsored scheme supported by the world bank and collectors should be a success.
