The forbidden Communist Party of India (Maoist) acknowledged in a recent letter published by its Central Committee that on Wednesday (July 16, 2025) it lost 357 members with security forces across the country.
Mr Sundarraj said that the confession emphasized “the serious failures he suffered from the outfit, especially in the zones of basic conflicts”.
Mr. Sundarraj said these figures were published in the 24 -page brochure issued by the CPI (Maoist), stating that this list of Maoist victims included four members of the Central Committee (CC) and 15 members at the level of the State Committee, which pointed to the loss of leadership and operating command in clothing.
