During his recent court visits to Lucknow, a social activist and former Indian police officer Amitabh Thakur on Wednesday (July 16, 2025), accused complete disorders of the law and order and negligence in the area of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, demanded by UTTAR Pradesh.
In a letter addressed to the Minister of the Union, the main judge of India and the main Minister UTTAR Pradesh, Mr. Thakur said that Mr. Gandhi was one of the leaders of the highest perception of the threat in India and the Ministry of the Interior was given by Z-Plus Security.
On July 15, during his speech in the City Court MP/MLA in Lucknow, there was a complete disintegration of law and order inside the courtroom, but also massive bunging and compromise with its security when security staff allowed hundreds of persons to enter the courtroom. People were present all around Mr. Gandhi. Even security could not maintain the dignity of the court.

In an interview with Hindu, Mr. Thakur, a former 1992 IPS dose officer, said: “Two members of Mr. Gandhi’s family, including his father, were murdered for security. In Lucknow, Mr. Gandhi’s security was for more than three hours.”
Several videos of a huge crowd inside the courtroom with Mr. Gandhi and in the courtyard went to a viral, and people even take selfies.
Congress said the authorities should deal with this matter. “I was not present there, but the safety of it was a leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha, is the responsibility of the Ministry of the Interior and the state government. Any safety violation is not acceptable,” said Imran Masood, Congress deputy.
15 July, Mr. Gandhi appeared before a special MP/MLA in Lucknow in connection with the case of a slanderous statement against the Indian armed forces during his Bharat Jodo Yatra in 2022. The leader of the congress who waived in court before the next court judge.
