
Bangladeshi Spinner Mahedi Hasan scripted history after the best bowling figures of the guest host in the T20i at the R premadasa stadium in Colombo. The tweaker reached the T20i T20i against Sri Lanka on Wednesday on Wednesday July 16 and the final T20i T20i series.
With numbers 4-1-11-4, Mahedi passed the former Indian spinner Harbhajn Singho record 4-2-12-4 against England in the World Cup in 2012.

Mahedi, who replaced Mehida Hasan Miraz, in the game XI, began to produce right from the word. At the first end, Kusal Perery got a goal that is able to cause damage to the bat. Then Mahedi rejected the dangerous Dinesh Chandimal in the fifth, after which Charith Assalance scored at the last end.
Mahedi’s brilliant bowling helped Bangladesh to limit Sri Lanka to 40 for three in powerplay. He also became only the fifth Bangladeshi pitch, who takes 50 or more goals in the male T20is.
Others are Shakib Al Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman, Taskin Ahmed and Shoriful Islam. Mahedi also played 10 ODI for tigers, where he took 14 goals at an economic rate of 4.95.
