He demanded the resignation of the main Minister Odisha Mohan Charan Maran Maran Maran Maran Maran Lamba on Wednesday (July 16, 2025) that the President’s government must be deposited in the state “as manipur”.
Mrs. Lamba, who arrived in the state to meet the victim’s family, claimed that she had died because of the failure of the Odisha system.
“Given that the main minister is the head of the system, he should resign and the government’s government should be deposited in the state,” she said.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi was previously required to deposit the President’s government in Rajasthan and claimed that women and girls were not safe in the state,” she said.
Mrs. Lamba said that the opposition led by Congress sought to impose the President’s government in manipur and during the upcoming Lok Sabha meeting in Odisha.
She argued that the main minister had no experience in the operation of the government and “failed” in one year.
“CM has built its large posters with PM modim all over the state. But the reality is that the whole Odisha is heading towards destruction and no woman or girl in the state is safe,” she said.
“At least PM should publish a tweet in Odia, pay tribute to the victims and offer condolences to their family. The victim was associated with ABVP, RSS students,” she said.
Congress will continue to fight for the security of state women, she added.
