The Australian rapid SCOTT Boland champion achieved a career in the ICC bowling ranking and climbed six seats to 6 in the world after its stunning performance in the third test against West India in Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica. Boland claimed a sensational trick with a hat trick and helped Australia to a dominant 176-running victory.
Now he is one of the four Australians ranked among the top 10, along with Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins. In particular, Boland has also recently become the third Australian man to marry a test hat -trick, joined an elite group that includes Frederick Spofforth, Hugh Tumble, Jimmy Matthews, Lindsay Klin, Merv Hughes, Damien Fleming, Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath and Peter Siddle.
