
On Tuesday (July 15, 2025), Bihar nodded to create new jobs and job opportunities in the state in the next five years until 2030.
The approval of the proposal of the Department of Work Resources, the Cabinet set the goal of creating new jobs and jobs over the course of five years between 2025 and 2030.

The committee will consist of 11 heads of departments – another main secretary/main secretary/secretary – finance, department of general administration, agriculture, rural development, animal and fish sources, industry, IT, science and technology, education, tourism and work resources.
Mr Siddharth said that the decision would help the state financially, in addition to supporting an investment that would support industrial activities.
In another decision, the Cabinet also decided to expand the advantage of the social security system to non -competent taxpayers who are the population of the state and their businesses are registered in the state.
She approved the proposal of the Ministry of Commercial Taxes “Bihar Vyavsayi Durghatna Mity Anudan Yojana, 2025” (Scheme of Deaths on Bihar, 2025) Siddharth said.
According to the proposal, the state government would give £ £ 5 as ex-Gratia to another related entrepreneur if he dies in an accident if an entrepreneur is a resident Bihar or registered his business in the state.
In addition to the benefit of state entrepreneurs, this would also cover GST taxpayers.
The Cabinet also approved 394.41 GBP Crore as a grant to help secondary and higher secondary schools for paying a lump sum is teaching and unreadable employees.
Mr. Siddharth explained that after the abolition of politics without natural education, the government gives grants to such schools on the basis of the number of students passed from school in various divisions.
It also approved the 179.37 GBP Crore for maintenance of the Patna Metro Rail project for two years and eight months (August 2025 and March 2028), Siddharth said and added that the amount would be paid by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.
In addition, Crore also approved 21.15 GBP for taking a metro rent with one train for three years. The metro train is expected to start its service on a priority corridor on an increased part between Malahi Pakri and New ISBT.
The cabinet also decided to provide a one -off fee of 6,000 to 77,895 stalls (BLO) and 8245 BLO supervisors for performing a special intensive revision (SIR) of the election role in the state. The Cabinet approved CRORE 51.68 GBP for this purpose.
The Cabinet also approved the estimated CRORE 7832,29 GBP for expansion, renovation and modernization of the Western Kosi Canal Project. The project is expected to be completed by the end of March 2029.
It is expected that the project will benefit 16 blocks of Darbhang district and 20 Madhubani district blocks. The field of cultural command of the project (command of Krishi Yogya Kshetra) is 2 15 672 hectare and the annual irrigation capacity is 2.91 158.
The cabinet approved the proposal of the Ministry of Finance to pay 30% of the basic salary of the bomb liquidation staff, subject to a maximum payment of 25,000 GBP per month.
It also approved a proposal for annual addition to Bihar officers with effect from 1 January 2016 on the lines of the State Government employees.
Mr. Siddharth added that the Cabinet also approved the CRORE 5119 GBP for the development of Munger (Safiyabad) -Bariyarpur-Ghorghat-Sultanganj (42 km) and £ 4849 Crore for Sultanganj-Bhagalpur-Sabour (40.80 km).
According to the project, an alternative bypass and the gang path along the Ganga River will be built to ensure a smooth and safe ride.
