Security at Judges’ Villas, permanent AP High Court Complex in Amaravati reviewed

Police authorities on Tuesday held a high-level review meeting to assess the security arrangements for the newly constructed judicial villas and the under-construction permanent complex of the Andhra Pradesh High Court in Amaravati.
The meeting was held at the new DSP office in Velagapudi under the chairmanship of Guntur District Superintendent of Police Vakul Jindal. Inspector General of Police Sarvashresth Tripathi Guntur Range has issued comprehensive instructions to ensure the highest level of security at the Judges’ Residential Complex and High Court premises at Nelapadu village in Thullur mandal.
Officials discussed the implementation of a multi-layered security system, round-the-clock deployment of security personnel, setting up of an advanced CCTV surveillance system, strict visitor access control measures and the creation of specialized Quick Response Teams (QRTs).
Special emphasis was placed on securing VVIP routes, traffic management, intelligence gathering, anti-sabotage controls, dominance patrols and strengthening communication systems.
After the meeting, senior police, intelligence, security and SPF officials inspected the judicial villas and permanent high court buildings. They reviewed the security infrastructure, future requirements and deployment of personnel and issued necessary guidelines to ensure comprehensive security of the prestigious judicial facilities.
