Acceptance of the Indian Election Commission (ECI) reports that the Lakhs of illegal persons from Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar were traced in a special intensive revision (Sir) of electoral roles in Bihar, Congress on Tuesday (July 15, 2025).
“If it is true, then the elections in which BJP (Bharatiya Janata party) won, did it with the voices of people from Bangladesh, Myanmar and Nepal. These elections should be declared zero and invalid,” Kanhaiya Kumar, the leader of the Kanhaiya Kumar.
ECI should not start exercising as a national register of citizens (NRC) in the name of the revision of election roles, Kumar said. Sir should not be about verifying citizenship, which is the competence of the Ministry of the Interior, he added.
Sir election roles in Bihar showed that the vote panel admitted what the opposition leader in Sabha Rahul Gandhi and the congress party said – that there was a problem with election blinds, Kumar said.
“If Rahul Gandhi is right, then ECI should provide Congress the data she requested. First they should accept it and then accept the right method to correct it,” he said.
“If they have to revise, it should be done with transparency and have the right time. What would happen in three months? It should be given 13 months or (performed) in three years … They should revise electoral roles and do not ask for citizenship proof.
Congress’s leader also expressed serious concerns about the “deteriorating situation in the field of law and order in Bihar” and claimed that criminals were not afraid of law and wander freely in the state.
The educational system in Bihar collapsed under the Janata Dal-United (JD-U) -bharatiya Janata (BJP) regime.
“I want to say that if they do not bother your future in power and fear only their chairs (reference to positions of power), they should be removed from their chairs,” Kumar said.
