Congress Nalgonda MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy killed President BJP N. Ramchander Rao for his notes to include Muslims in the category of back grade (BC) in the state. He claimed that the poor Muslims were first included in the BC category during the British period, adding that Muslims were part of the BC in the States of BJP.
On Tuesday he spoke to the media in Gandhi Bhavan, the Congress deputy recommended Mr. Ramchander Rao to gain knowledge of the subject before such a commentary. “Ramchander Rao lacks a substance, so he resorts to babble. It would be better if he gained knowledge on this subject before he expressed himself,” he said.
Mr. Kiran Kumar also claimed that BJP is trying to divide people along religious and caste lines. “I hope at least Ramchander Rao should not do the same,” he said, calling for BJP to cooperate in the development of the state. He repeated the obligation of the Congress Government to perform 42% of the reservations for the BCS.
