The franchises participating in Andhra Premier League (APL) took place on Monday at the auction at Visakhapatnam for versatile. The fourth season of APL will take place from 8 to August 24 at the Dr. YSR ACA-VDCA in Visakhapatnam.
Seven franchises took part in the auction, while the versatile paila Avinash was set Royals of Rayalaseem at the highest price of 11.5 lakh. The same franchise also picked up P. Girinath Reddy for 10.05 GBP Lakh, while Bhimavaram Bulls signed the versatile PV Satyanarayana Raju for 9.8 lakh.
Another versatile, Sourabh Kumar, Tungabhadra Warriors won for 8.80 Lakh. In the third season, 430 players were part of the auction pool, while this season increased to 520.
