Vice -Chairman of Chancellor of the University of Keral University on Monday met with Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Alelekar in Thrissur to discuss on Monday an ongoing administrative crisis at the university.
Among other problems arising from the hopeless goal with delay in processing key files, including grade certificates, it fears affecting large sections.
Official sources indicate that almost 2,700 applications, including about 2,000 certificates of applications, were waiting for the Vice -President. Dr. Kunnummal, however, refuted such data and claimed that only approximately “400 or 500” of the certificates awaited permission and that it could sign them all in minutes if there were access to his office.
The vice -chairman blamed the Indian Federation of Students (SFI) for the prevention of his approach to the campus. “The group that claims to represent students has released chaos for no legitimate reason,” Dr. Kunnummal Mediaperonsons.
He stressed that his decision to stay from the campus was powered by an interest in public security. “If I go there and break out violence, they are not injured Goon, but innocent students and police officers. As a doctor, I think prevention is better than treatment,” he said.
Dr. Kunnummal also claimed that he was denied access to university ensembles. “Although everything is online, I am prevented from work,” he said, adding that this step was organized by part of the syndicate.
Dr. Kunnummal referred to his meeting with the Governor, who also serves as the Chancellor of the University, and said that the interview focused on solving the institutional crisis. He expressed hope that the governor would take steps to resolve the crisis, and claimed that the university was systematically undermined by a group with interests.
He also repeated his attitude towards the suspension of the registrar of the KS Anil Kumar and rejected the claim that the suspension was canceled.
“In accordance with the university rules, no member of the Syndicate cannot be chaired by the meeting. The meeting is considered to be dissolved with immediate effect, as soon as the vice -chairman, in this case, remains illegally continuing the meeting and approved the resolution to cancel the registra.
