Anita Singh, wife of AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) Sanjay Singh, raised concerns about food quality administered on board Tejas Express, a premium train operated by Indian railways. When she signed up for the X -Social Media platform, she criticized her food that served her during her recent trip from Nový Delhi to Lucknow, and called it “pitiful”.
In her post Anita Singh shared a photo of food and wrote: “Roti was as hard as the paad, Mr. was musty and the place was given only water. Is it a railway” first -class “service? Stop playing with the health of passengers! ”
Irctc responds
The Indian railway and tourist company (IRCTC) responded immediately and said: “We want to inform you that the quality of food is checked before administration and in this respect no complaints from other passengers in the coach have been received;
“The meals team took part in you and offered substitute food. Nevertheless, we took your feedback seriously,” Irctc said in its official response, adding that a higher official was now appointed to ensure quality compliance and improved standards.

The incident caused mixed reactions online. While some users shared similar complaints about the quality of food on premium trains, others prevented IRCTC and appreciated their overall service at Tejas Express.
However, many users have been unmistakable with the official reaction and questioned the lack of consistent quality in coaches and roads.
The user wrote: “Such a ridiculous answer shows how you are edited with your service. It is high time to improve your services and take customers’ complaints seriously than to defend yourself. Everyone is aware of corrupt practices made by catering on trains.”
Another user commented: “A quality inspection carried out, even though you serve such food – your quality control is broken.” No one else complained “? That’s so pathetic!
“This answer shows arrogance and offers food that is not on Mark, and not good means that your team has to check the same thing to answer that no one complains who will do it so far, that sellers have started to fight too much in many cases,” wrote the third user.
