The main Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee will lead a protest assembly in Calcution on July 16th in response to what the Trinamool Congress described as the continuing focus of migrants from the state in Bharatiya Janata (BJP). At the same time, the party will organize demonstrations across West Bengal on the same day.
“If the Bengali language is offended, if Bengal is called Bangladesh, it will not be tolerated at all. We will take to the streets under the leadership of Mom Baerjee,” Mamata Banata said on Sunday.
This announcement assumes importance, because the Trinamool Congress usually refers to the possession of the main programs in the management of the annual martyrs’ Assembly 21 July. However, it seems that the recent reports of alleged bad handling of Bengal migrants in Odisha, Delhi, and Maharashtra seems to appear to have caused this party to start this protest of mobilization.
The ruling party in West Bengal said that protest was not only a political, but a wider campaign to protect “culture, identity and honor” of the state. Meanwhile, Trinamool Rajya Sabha, MP Samirul Islam, pointed out the case of Arati Ghosh, a 52 -year -old woman from Boxirhat in the Cooch Behar district, which was allegedly described as foreigners and excluded from the National Citizens’ Register (NRC) in Assam. According to Mr. Islam, Mrs. Ghosh had to leave her father -in -law home in Assam and return to West Bengal.
“I want to raise a few questions for the leadership of Anti-Bengalsk BJP, which often dares to demand their love and respect for Bengal-Treating, which is nothing but disgusting,” Islam said.
