The experience and failure of equipment
Gao also identified the main operating shortcomings in the Butler Rally Planning and Staff: Of the 14 agents, five said they were only reliable on their own experience for decision -making, because there were no standard protocols or supervision.

GAO findings come days after the secret service announced disciplinary measures against six agents and confirmed that it made 21 out of 46 supervision recommendations, 16.
Grassley says that the report offers not only convicts but also a plan.
“And more importantly, this report offers a clear way forward to improve the secret service, so it can prevent the next Butler from re -happening,” he said.
