The former pilot further elaborated that the system could stop working due to excessive workload, similar to the laptop shutdown. “It worked very hard, as if your laptop had stopped working, it basically gives you a blue death and windows screen,” added the former pilot, as Reuters says.
During an interview with Reuters, the former pilot pointed out that the fuel management unit (FU) could not get a command to stay in the position, resulting in a short interruption of fuel supply.
