A total of 45,961 candidates for Group IV exams performed by the Tamil Public Service (TNPSC) in the Tiruchi district appeared on Saturday.
The exam took place at the recruitment of candidates for various functions, including administrative officers of villages, junior assistants, users and forest guards. Of the 55,456 candidates issued by receiving cards, 45,961 candidates (82.88%) appeared for the exam, while 6,495 (17.12%) were missing.
The test was the districts in Lalgudi, Manachanallur, Manapachai, Marungapuri, Musiri, Srirangam, Thuraiyur, Thirurumbur, Tiruverumbur, Tiruverbur, Tiruchi West and East.
The district collector V. Saravanan checked several investigative centers throughout the district. He reviewed the arrangements and monitored the facilities provided to the candidates.
