In the town of Roing, a ban on walking, the lower district of Dibang Valley in Arnacal Pradesh, when the tension escalated after the crowd lynched migrating youth from nearby Assam, reportedly for sexual assaulting more girls, reported PTI and quoted the police.
RIAZ-UL KURIM, 19-year-old Bongaigaon man, was taken into a police tied on Friday after it was revealed that he allegedly sexually attacked several girls at school.

The girls’ parents filed a complaint with the school offices and hit the Kurim before the police rescued him and took him into custody.
The crowd, however, attacked the police station, pulled his youth out and attacked him. When he was transported to the hospital, they followed him and defeated him again and eventually caused his death.
The police announced that the youth worked at the construction site near the school.
Until now, eight girls aged between six and nine have performed medical tests.
Lower Dibang Valley Superintendent of Police Ring Ngupok said that hostel boarders were reportedly subject to sexual attacks during the week.

The hostel lacked basic safety features, such as window grills and work locks on sliding doors, so the news was vulnerable, the report said, quoting the police manager.
The accused had unlimited access to the hostel area. Lack of safe barriers and adequate supervision made it easier for him to approach girls at night, he said.
“On Thursday, a meeting of parents and teachers was convened around 18:30. At around 20:30, we received information that parents and relatives of the victims began to attack all workers working on the construction site. As the tension escalated, Kurim fled from the scene and disappeared.

On Friday, Kurim was followed by a nearby colony by parents of victims and local youth. He was confused before the police hit and took him into custody, he said.
The crowd, however, persecuted the police station, forcibly eliminated his youth from custody and attacked him, despite repeated dismissal of the police and local MLA, said sp.
Postmortal examination was also performed in the presence of a judicial judge in the district hospital Roing.
The police filed several cases on sexual abuse of children, lynching crowds and other incidents. The investigation is also against the management of the school and the hostel due to negligence and inability to ensure the safety of children.
In the city, a ban on walking was imposed and additional security forces were deployed to ensure law and order.
“The situation in the roing remains tense, but is under control. The district administration was indefinitely closed endlessly and the parents were instructed to withdraw their children and register them in the nearby government or recognize private schools,” the police officer said.
