
With another 14 days, before the last date of the list of forms, the Election Commission said on Saturday that it established direct contact with almost all voters in the state.
ECI also said that more than 80 percent of voters submitted their forms and added that the Commission was before the set time to complete the collection under 25 July.
In a statement published on Saturday, the vote panel also stated that another 20,000 stalls were appointed in Bihar to complete the enumeration collection.
“With 77 895 BLOS, another 20 603 newly appointed BLOS on Earth, ECI proceeds forward to the full collection of forms (EFS) before the specified period of 25 July 2025,” ECI said.
Visits to the door to the door to ensure maximum integration
The vote panel said 1.5 cabin agents (blad) appointed by all political parties visit the door to the door and “do not leave any stones to ensure each existing voter whose names are in Bihar as 24 June 2025”.
There is also a special effort to help seniors, PWD voters and other valuable groups more than four Lakh volunteers, the statement said.
“After 100% of the printing and almost completion of the EF distribution to all voters found at their addresses, from 18:00, today exceeded 6.32.496 or 80.11%, which means 4 of each 5 5 voters in Bihar, EF said.
Special Intensive Revision in Bihar
On Thursday, the Supreme Court allowed the Election Commission to continue to perform a special intensive revision (Sir) of election roles in a Bihar survey.
The Justices Sudhanshu Dhulia and Joylya Bagchi did not remain a process of Sir, but asked ECI to consider AADHAAR, allocation cards, and electoral photo cards as permissible documents to demonstrate voters’ identity during the Bihar electoral.
“We are facing the opinion that in the interest of justice the Election Commission will also include documents such as Aadhaar, additional card, voter identification card, etc. It is for ECI to decide whether to receive documents or not, and if it does, then gives reasons for its decisions to satisfy its petitioners.
