The day after Chief Minister Siddaramaiah claimed to continue posting for the whole term, the representative of the Chief Minister and the President of the Karnataka Congress Committee on Friday, DK Shivakumar said on Friday that the party had given him organizational duties and his focus was purely to protect the party and government interests.

Asked about the statement of Mr. Siddarahaiaha that he was in the election election, he said, “He is his personal statement and is entitled to him. He is my responsibility as President KPCC to organize the party. My goal is to protect the interests of the party and government.”
Asked if he would maintain the same level of peace and calm until he was fulfilled, he said, “I’m there only if the party is there. I stop existing differently.”
