The unit of the train (TVU) is a measure used in railway operations, specifically at the level of transitions, to assess the traffic density and prefer safety measures. It is calculated by multiplying the number of train units by the number of units of the road vehicle passing through the transition level during the 24 -hour period.
At the inspection meeting it was decided to reduce the threshold value of your TVU for blocking operations from 20,000 to 10,000, the officials said. TVU is used to evaluate the level of risk at the level of transitions and helps to decide whether to exclude, merge or human transitions. It is also important to understand the need to build the road across bridges (Rob) or road under bridges (RUB) to remove the risks of accidents.

Officials stated that the railway dog can participate in blocking works and construction and that all gates over 10,000 will be interconnected regardless of plans for Robs, friction or limited heights (LHS).
