UTTAR Pradesh increases safety for the upcoming Yatra Kanwar by deploying staff from the provincial armed constabulary, anti -terrorist groups and rapid action forces along the pilgrimage route.
The statement further stated that 587 officers, 2,040 inspectors, 13,520 sub-in-inspectors and 39,965 head constacing were deployed for Yatra. Main Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered officials to accept access to zero tolerance to those who try to evil food or engage in similar disrespectful acts stressing that such persons must face the strictest punishment to ensure that the sacred nature of the Yatra is not at risk.
The administration said that comprehensive measures for tents, food and other basic equipment along the route, such as electricity and lighting arrangement, as well as cleanliness along the Kanwar route, will be the highest standard. “We created the WhatsApp groups for all 12 kanwar districts, including for higher officials and other staff to share information,” the local police officer said.
Last year, the state made subtitles when the government made a duty for grocery and drink trades along the Kanware routes to display the name and identity of the operator/owner. Kanwar Yatra, the annual pilgrimage path of the devoted Lord Shiva, is scheduled between 11 July and 23 July.
