On Thursday, the Mahashtra government officially announced an old “Sarvajanik Ganehotsav” for the “Maharashtra State Festival”, informed PTI and quoted the Minister of Cultural Affairs Ashish Shelar.
Ashish Shelar made a notice in the legislative assembly and said, as PTI quoted, “Ganeshotsav is not just a celebration. It is a symbol of Mahashtra’s cultural pride and identity.”
With the announcement of the state government, it claimed that it was determined to maintain and promote the cultural heritage of the festival.
Formerly 1893, Lokmanya (Bal Gangadhar) Tilak was opened by Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav (public celebration of the festival Ganesh) in the Mahari.
“The very essence of this festival is rooted in social unity, nationalism, the spirit of freedom, self -esteem and pride in our language,” he said.
Shelar said, “While some individuals tried to defend this age public tradition by raising various courts, trying to defend themselves, the Mahayuti government acted quickly and definitely eliminated all these obstacles.”
A more balanced look:
Shelar, who developed into a more balanced view, said that their government turned to the question of imposed curbs on the pop (plaster of Paris) with a more balanced look. The previous government deposited curbs on the idols of POP (plaster from Paris) and quoted the instructions of the Central Council for Control of Pollution (CPCB), but without the offer of practical alternatives.
“We have launched a comprehensive study to explore environmental alternatives and assess whether POP is truly harmful to the environment. We have entered the Kakodkar Committee through the Rajiv Gandhi Committee.”
“Minister of trade unions Bhupender Yadav approved these findings and earlier restrictions were annulled. According to the court’s decision, the production, display and sale of pop idols is now allowed,” he said.
The Minister said that the Maharashtra government carries the required expenses related to the police security, the needs of infrastructure or financial support for major celebrations in cities such as Pune, Mumbai and throughout the state.
“Celebrating Ganeshotsav With Full Enthusiasm Is Not Just and Tradition But and Core Belief of the Mahayuti Government. I APPEAL TO ALL GANPATI MANDALS TO INCORPORATE THEMES IN THEIR FESTIVITIES THAT HONOUR ARED FORCES Highlight the Nation’s Developmental Achievements and Pay Tributes to Our Great Leaders in Their Decorative Displays, ”Shelar Said.
This year the 10 -day Ganpati festival will begin on August 27.
