
On Thursday, the Union’s government repeated its plan for the land owned by ITI Ltd., established in Bengalur in 1948.
“We are working on the ITI monetization plan to raise money to finance the development and expansion activities of the dog’s digital and communication trade,” Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, Minister of Trade Union for Communication and Development of the Northeast Region, said.

Asked how many acres of the ITI campus would be part of the monetization plan, the Minister on the secondary track of his visit to the 400-plus Akre ITI area in Dooravani Nagar in Bengalur said that such details must still be developed.
He previously spoke to the media, Mr. Scindia said that ITI was an institution that contributed immensely in the telecommunications revolution of India. The dog was able to adapt together with technological progress from the production of telephone phones with rotary and pressure buttons for the production of basic telecommunications devices, radio access networks, routers, PCB boards, etc.

Internal resources
Later the chairman and CEO of ITI Rajesh Rai said Hindu that the dog currently has a bank loan of 1,500 Crore and the company was investigating internal resources to repay it.
“We are under the financial restructuring regime. We require some working capital and we are currently working on it,” said Mr. Rai, adding: “We are in a preliminary discussion with the National Land Monetization Corporation. How much land will be monetized later.”
Soil value
ITI could load the crore 70 GBP and above the acre soil, according to sources of real estate sources in Bengalur, because the ground land is located on a corridor with high connectivity. The area currently includes factory units, a data center. 4G equipment, HDPE telecommunications pipes for various clients, EVMS, plates with 4 layers, electromagnetic interfaces and electromagnetic compatibility of laboratory, telecommunications testing laboratories, 3D defense printing equipment and starting center called VinyAAS.
It also has a clubhouse, corporate office, guest houses, badminton court, cricket land, parks, trees (including gardening) and employees’ residences from type to E. In addition, it has two fuel stations, two fuel stations and two CNG stations, BSNL and two fuel stations and two fuel stations.
