
The income tax department sent the announcement by the Minister of Social Justice Sanjay ShiSat Maharashtra and sought an explanation of an increase in his assets between elections to the 2019 and 2024 elections, PTI said.
Sanjay Shirsat is Aurangabad (West) MLA, which belongs to Shiv hay led by the Deputy Minister of Ekath Shinde. He said Shinde’s son, MP Kalyan Shrikant Shinde, received a notice.
Later, however, he corrected, he had no idea that Shrikant Shinde received any IT announcement.
When ShiSat was asked for a viral video where you can hear about IT announcements, he said, “Some people filed a complaint against me at the Income Tax Department, based on what I was issued. I was supposed to answer Wednesday, but I asked for more time.
He added that IT announcement concerned an increase in its declared assets between two elections, he said. “People think there is no steps against political leaders. This is not true. I will answer the announcement legally,” the minister added.
“Some people complained and the income tax department noticed ….. the system is doing its job and I have no problem with it. I am not under any pressure. I got a notice and even Shrikant Shinde received a notice from the income tax department,” said Shiv Sena.
Later, he claimed he was distorted, he said, “I was here to inform me of the announcement of the IT that was issued to me.

At the beginning of the day, the video of Shirsat’s speech at the event in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, in which he spoke of IT announcement, was viral. “Now, black money will not be useful. I speak for myself,” he heard in the video.
He then mentioned that he had received an income tax notice. “It’s easy to make money, but use was difficult. I contacted my authorized accountant,” Sena’s leader added. Shirsat and his son recently faced charges in the Maharashtra Legislature Council on the hotel agreement.
