
ARUNACHAL PRADESH: Kapchen Rajkumar, a former state from the state, was trampled to death during his morning walk during an elephant attack. The former legislature was heading from Deomali to the village of Namsang in the Tirap district when the tragic incident occurred on Wednesday 10 July.
Main Minister Arunacal Pradesh Pem Khanda said that the Grant Ex-Gratia was issued to support the former MLA family.
Kapchen Rajkumar was 65 years old and survived his wife and several children.
Tirap Superintendent of the Police Aditya also confirmed the news and said that the former Arunacal Pradesh Mla was killed in an elephant attack when he went from his village towards Deomali, PTI reported.

CM Khanda took on to the Social Media platform to make the death of the former MLA.
“I am deeply sad when I heard of the tragic passage of late Kapchen Rajkumar, a former Mla of Tirap, who became a victim of a very unfortunate incident. His determination to serve the community and his contributions to our society will always remember,” Khanda said on X.
“Rajkumar’s commitment to the well -being of people and his tireless efforts to progress in Tirap will leave a permanent legacy. It is a deep loss not only for his family and friends, but for all whose lives have touched his work,” added Arunacal Pradesh cm.
Political Career Kapchen Rajkumar
Kapchecn Rajkumar served as a had for the then election district in the north of Khonsa from 1985 to 1990.
Former Arnacal Pradesh Mla, born on April 15, 1960, was the son of Wangmei Rajkumar, a former reigning chief of the village.
Rajkumar launched a school from Ramakrishn Mission School, Nareottamnagar, Deomali, and later completed his studies at the government of the Khhonsa High School.
He also conducted a commercial pilot training course at Safdarjung Airport in Nový Delhi.
