On Wednesday, the Karnataka High Court postponed the meeting on the Royal Challengers Sports PVT petition. Ltd., (RCSPL) until July 17th.
The application questioned certain unfavorable remarks against the RCSPL by the central administrative tribunal (CAT), while earning the state government order on June 5 and suspended IPS Vikash Kumar officer for alleged abandoned duties in connection with the stadion outside M. Chinnaswam in Bengalurur.
The divisional bench composed of justice SG Pandita and the justice of TM Nadaf decided to hear petition 17th July at the request of a general advocate, who stated that the petition can be heard together with dismissing the government, which challenges the order of the cat to cancel the suspension.
The cat noted that it was an invitation of RCB, which attracted more than three people of Lakh, which resulted in stampede and the police supplied all measures even in a short period of time.
The cat crossed its jurisdiction in the presentation of unfavorable remarks against the RCSPL, which owns the RCB team, while decided on the legality of the government order to suspend police officers, was said in the RCSPL petition. Notes that were actually bad, made by a cat, violate the principles of natural justice, because RCSPL was not a party dispute between Mr. Vikash Kumar and the state government, was stated in the petition.
It is required that the direction from the court either cancel the unfavorable notes or to clarify that the notes are not binding on the RCSPL.
