Minister Siddaramaiah and the Deputy Minister and President KPCC DK Shivakumar are expected to negotiate with the opposition leader in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Thursday in Nový Delhi to discuss various political development in the state, including four vacancies in the legislation.
Both leaders could not meet Mr Gandhi on Wednesday, because the latter was in the patelter to lead Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) march to the election committee office to protest against the ongoing special inspection (SIR) election roles before the Bihar assembly elections.
Mr. Siddaramaiah told reporters that he would meet Mr Gandhi on Thursday if he had a meeting on a discussion on political development and other issues in the state. The General Secretary of AICC responsible for Karnataka Randeep Singh Surjewal, who was in Bengalur for three days at an individual meeting with Congress legislators, will also be present in Delhi, the main minister said.
On the nomination on the council
Meanwhile, when he answered the question of nominations for four seats, Mr. Shivakumar said the process would be completed before the meeting and added that one chair would be for Mediaperon.
Asked about a series of language in Mahari, he said, “It’s an inner matter of this state … Here we give priority to Kannad and English.” Mr. Shivakumar said on the Bengalur tunnel project: “A global selection procedure will be called in a few days. This project cannot be done without tolls. Airport Road and a nice road in the city also has tolls.”
