The policy of two languages
As for the policy of two languages, which is now much discussed, he said, “I certainly defend it. Given the existing political scenario, where national parties are in power in states such as Maharashtra and Karnataka, the implementation of dual language policy will be a difficult task.”
He claimed that the highest command of the national parties would not approve of the state governments in terms of the policy of two languages, and would always want Hindi to be taught. “In states like Tamil Nadu, where there is a regional party in power, the policy of two languages is easier to implement. However, it will be very difficult for Karnataka,” he said.
On September
He said on the state educational policy (SEP) that, on the basis of his interviews with those in the Committee, he was sure that two language policies would recommend the committee within the SEP. “But the question is whether the state government approves it,” he said.
Mr. Bilimale explained that they were not against Hindi teaching as a language. “Our objection is the fact that as an instrument of power is used more than a tool of communication, Hindi is used as part of the political agenda and face it, we must push through Cannad.

The role played by the Dharwad region in forming the “Gokak Kalavali movement” for the fact that Kannada in Karnatada’s meaning, although the role of Dharwada was well introduced in the movement, there was nothing in the region to emphasize and emphasize the same. “So we recommend the government to set up a memorial to the Gabbur Cross in Hubball (considered a gate to the North Karnataka region),” he said.
