The Vishwa Hindu Parisad (VHP) unit has questioned the silence of the main ministers of Telangan and Andr Pradesh over an attack on executive officer Sri Sita Ramacandra Swamy Temple of Bhadrachalam, Lama Devi when she tried to stop building on the Encroach of the Temple.
In his statement, Ravinuthala Shashidhar, a national spokesman, said it was unfortunate that the main ministers remained quiet and reflected their negligence of the temple countries. He said that the penetration of the temple countries was encouraged by the silence of the Chief Minister YS RajashEkhar Reddy in the combined Andhra Pradesh and later his son Yaganmohan Reddy
He claimed that the situation went to the extent of churches and Masjids coming in the temple countries, but the government of Telangans and AP refused to act. He warned that VHP would be forced to announce direct steps if they could not act.
