
Sharm crash IAF Fighter: Two pilots who were on board the Jaguar fighter aircraft for a routine training mission were killed when the aircraft hit the field in Rajasthan’s chur, Indian Air Force (IAF) on Wednesday 9 July.
The IAF fighter crash occurred around the middle of the day when the two -seater coaching version of the Jaguar fighter was crashed near the village of Bhanuda in Chur of Rajasthan.
The aircraft took off from the Surratgarh air base with two pilots on board. Both pilots were killed in the IAF Fighter Plus.
The Indian Air Force said: “IAF Jaguar Trainer met an accident during a routine training mission and today crashed near Chur in Rajasthan. Both pilots suffered fatal injuries in the accident.”
He said that there was no damage to civil property due to the IAF accident. “IAF deeply regrets loss of life and at this time grief stands firm with surviving families,” he said.
The Air Force also stated that the investigative court was established to find out the cause of the Jaguar fighter accident in Rajasthan’s chur.
