Kochi: The assertion that commuting who paid for the RO-RO ferry service in Fort Kochi-Vypeen Corridor is entitled to basic equipment, the divisional bench of the High Court in Kerala followed the interim command of a single bench that could accommodate at least 50 communities.
In addition, a bench involving justices Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and VM Syamkumar refused to dismiss that the corporation had filed a single bench order. The original command was handed over to the petition of Nancy Xavier, who was looking for interim relief in the form of a waiting shed on a busy pier, where the commuters had to wait long to open until the ferries arrived.
