
The assets of the value £14.06 Crore belonging to Ias Muri Lal Tayal, the former main secretary of the then Chief Minister Haryana, Bhupinder Singh Hood, was attached to the exemplary Directorate (ED) as part of the probe to the disproportionate case of the PTI assets.
The probe agency shared information on Monday and said the attached real estate includes two houses and seven apartments.
The Federal Agency said that the provisional order for these real estate, which are located in Chandigarh, Delhi and Grrabogram, was issued on June 30 under the Money Wash Act (PMLA).

The case is based on CBI, which accuses Tayala and his family of collecting assets disproportionate to their well -known sources of income. Tayal also worked in the Indian Commission for Competition (CCI) from 2009 to 2014. Ed during the probe examined the income tax and activities on the stock market Tayal, his wife Savita and son Kartik.

During the inspection period (2006–2014), the accused acquired a disproportionate asset £14.06 Crore using crime income generated by illegal satisfaction, Ed said.
“Cash Rain from Bhubaneswar’s apartment”
In the bizarre incident last month Bhubaneswar witnessed cash from the window of the apartment when Baikuntha Nath Sarangi, chief engineer in the rural department Odisha, allegedly tried to destroy volumes £500 notes. In a desperate attempt to avoid Sarangi officers, he threw cash bundles out of the BhubaneSwara window, but the Vigilance team later restored them in the presence of witnesses.
During search, officials found around £1.1 Crore in its residence angul and £1 crore from your apartment Bhubaneswar. The operation followed the accusation that Sarangi had assets far beyond his well -known sources of income. A team of 26 officers, including eight DSPs, 12 inspectors and six ASIS, carried out raids. Videos from the scene showed that officers counted piles of currency, mostly in £500 notes, next to £200, £100, and £50 designations.
