The Kerala High Court canceled the order of the suspension of BP Ashraf on Monday, the teacher at the school there, Edathatnattukar, who was published at the beginning of this month after he allegedly made a contribution to the social media who criticized the introduction of Zumba classes in schools in the state.
The justice bench DK Singh noted that the school manager had prejudiced this matter and only perfectly considered Mr. Ashraf’s response to the notification of the cause before the issue of suspension, which was a violation of the principle of natural justice.
“Consider again”
The court ordered the manager to re -consider the matter after he properly considered Mr. Ashraf’s answer. The order was accepted when hearing the request of Mr. Ashraf, which challenged its suspension. In his petition, Mr. Ashraf claimed that he had been ordered to suspend, even if he submitted his answer within the set time frame.
