Working President Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Kt Rama Rao claimed that the Government of Congress in the State is unable to provide key inputs in time to the agricultural community, even if they are planning to take over the cultivation of kharifs
In his statement, Mr. Rama Rao said on Sunday that the government is unable to give every farmer in need or a bag of urea, although it provided their copies of the Aadhaar cards looking for fertilizer sellers. The government was a responsible government to explain to the agricultural community why there have been a lack of 1.94 lakh tons of urea this season.
He tried to know why farmers were forced to pull 325 GBP to a bag of urea compared to their real price of 266.5 GBP and who was a fertilizer behind the black marketing to wrap a shortage. He demanded that the question be made in an artificial lack of fertilizers and those who earn money by inflating the price.
Another former Minister K. Eshwar independently stated that intermediaries flee farmers on urea by selecting a higher price than the government. He asked the government to ensure the early and required amount of fertilizer offer necessary for the cultivation of all crops.
