Safe and designated parking spaces must be provided for delivery vehicles and RWA must install and maintain approved letters as ordered under the post office Act, 2023.
The Ministry of Contributions via a press release stated that all postman and delivery personnel are trained in letters and land delivering mobile phones and update GPS coordinates to confirm delivery. He also urgently urged the addressees to provide written authorization to postmen for future deliveries to their authorized representatives.
