The Minister of Income Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that the liability is based on district collectors in effective implementation of the BHU BHARATI and Indiramma Indles Housing Scheme to ensure that their benefits to achieve the poorest parts of society.
He chairs the audit meeting at the Secretariat with eight districts, Nirmal, Narayanpet, Yogulba Gadwal, Mulug, Jayashankar Bhupallaly, the Minister described the collectors as a “guide and torch” established by a government established by the government.
“The Indiramma Government has come to power with the promise to solve land problems and realize the dream of housing for disadvantaged. We must not betray people’s trust. The law is the first step and the real success lies in its implementation,” the Minister said.
He called on collectors to prefer the solutions of applications submitted during Bhubharathi’s income and ensure friendly management. “The ordinary man attending the income office should leave satisfied. This is a scale,” he added.
Regarding the “Indiramma Indian” housing system, the Minister assured that the government would release funds every Monday, regardless of financial restrictions. He wanted collectors to speed up three levels of processes – identification of recipients, sanctioning houses and monitoring of construction procedures.
“Field -level monitoring is essential. It is a flagship of the TELANGANA government and must be carried out with integrity. If a house is found to be assigned an unfit recipient, do not hesitate to cancel it during construction,” he said.
The minister also reiterated that the government provides 40 metric tons of sand for each sanctioned house. He also ordered that the prices for control of the districts were immediately created to regulate the prices of steel, cement and bricks used in housing construction.
