
Bangladesh suffered a terrible launch collapse when Sri Lanka took the lead 1-0 in the ODI series with a commanding 77 victory on Wednesday, July 2. Tigers lost seven goals for only five runs and fell from 100 to one to 105 for eight in just 27 balls.
After the first bat decided, the fifth one hundred charith asalas helped Sri Lanka Post 244 in 49.2 overs. The hosts got to the rough start, with Pathum Nissanka, Nishan Madushka and Kaminda Mendis fallen on a single -digit score.
